Since I was young running around my mum’s
house with a towl behind the nape of my neck
pretending to fly like Superman and ripping my
t-shirt in front of  my bedroom mirror bellowing
them words “You won’t like me when I’m Angry”,
my facination with the world of the Superhero
has spanned my entire life, and probably at some
point yours too.

So when it was announced that one of
my favorite directors Joss Whedon had
been handed the reigns to possibly the
ultimate of Superhero movies boy was
I excited. Could it all go terribly wrong?

The answer is NO it could’nt!

Avengers Assemble is a resounding
success, it’s full of terrific action sequences,
a white knuckle ride into the abyss of make
believe, over 2hrs of pure fanboy’s delight.

I watched the movie on the big screen in
IMAX 3D and it makes you feel part of the
action, and although this is not Avatar
quality 3D I still felt it was a worthy addition
to the movies overall feel, allowing  the
viewer to be totally immersed in the universe
where the Superhero walks & flys amongst us.
