Following World War II an intellectual

as “The Cause”. The movie centres around
(Hoffman) & his relationship with a drifter

of the organisation & his mentor.

The Master looks delicious – Anderson has an
incredible knack of getting the best out of his
actors – There Will Be Blood (Day Lewis) and
Magnolia (Cruise) are two such examples!

The Muppets

Directed by James Bobin
Written by Jason Segal
Cast Jason Segel, Amy Adams, Chris Cooper
Zach Galifianakis, Dave Grohl, Selena Gomez
Jack Black & of course the Muppets

During the late 70s & into the 80s I grew up
like most enjoying The Muppets Show, so
was I pleased to see a movie pitch by Jason
Segel to Disney accepted?… Frack Yea!

Walter is the biggest Muppet fan in the world,
he also happens to be a Muppet, he lives with
his human brother Gary (Segel) in Small Town
USA. One day Gary and his girlfriend Mary
take Walter on a sight seeing trip to the bright
lights of Hollywood, whilst visiting they discover
a plot is underway to demolish the old Muppet’s
studio to drill for oil, Walter, Gary & Mary need
to find The Muppets and put on one more show
& raise enough money to save the studio & make
The Muppets a house hold name once more.

This movie is the highest-grossing Muppet
feature to date and the only Muppet film to
win an Oscar (Best Original Song).

I’m already looking forward to seeing Kermit
and his fellow Muppet’s in the next movie. It’s
been over 12yrs since the last….way too long.

Segel has stayed true to The Muppet’s formula
& is obviously a big fan of the franchise, with
the insanely fun cameo’s, colourful song & dance
numbers & the laugh out loud humor, I think it’s
safe to say The Muppets are back with a bang!
